The influence of different forming processes on the GH4169 nickel based high-temperature alloy

GH4169 nickel based high-temperature alloy has good performance in high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, etc. Its characteristic is that its working temperature can reach 850 ℃, and it can withstand high temperatures of 1100 ℃ in a very short time. The mechanical properties of this alloy are mainly influenced by two factors: precipitation strengthening of the γ - phase (Ni3Nb) and grain boundary control of the δ - phase (Ni3Nb). Before applying alloys, it is necessary to effectively improve the internal structure of the alloy through heat treatment technology, enhance its hardness, strength, properties, etc., eliminate its internal stress, and avoid deformation or cracking problems; Corrosion experiments can meet the practical application scenarios of products under working conditions. To fully utilize the application value of the above-mentioned forming and preparation process technology, the influence of different aging and corrosion processes on the alloy properties is analyzed, and the processing parameters are reasonably optimized.

Regarding the performance impact test of GH4169 nickel based high-temperature alloy, three aging temperatures and six holding times were set for the heat treatment process. Comparative analysis was conducted through microscopic observation, hardness testing, high-temperature tensile performance testing, and phase analysis. The optimal aging process was ultimately determined to be aging temperature of 718 ℃, holding time of 16 hours, followed by furnace cooling to 620 ℃, holding time of 8 hours, and then air cooling; The corrosion process set 6 different loading amounts of machining solution, analyzed the surface roughness and tensile performance data of the specimens, and determined the optimal process parameters to be 15cm ^ 2/L.
